On Saturday, January 30, over 250 students and practitioners from around the San Francisco Bay Area gathered to discuss transportation issues, learn how our personal decisions impact climate change, and share ways of encouraging everyone to walk, bike, take transit, or carpool to school in order to improve air quality in the San Francisco Bay Area.
About 50 students presented at this FREE Conference and shared their environmental sustainability work and ideas, such as class projects, group or individual projects, or other innovative initiatives they are involved in! Check out the livestream from the auditorium, which includes the keynotes from Berkeley Mayor Tom Bates, the SuperBowl 50 Host Committee, and student keynotes Steve Santos and Destiny Ellingberg. Also check out these great photos of the event. Plus have a look at photos from the Say Ya! photo booth.
